How Autoship works

Autoship orders are sent to you automatically according to your selected delivery schedule

For example, if you set up a monthly Autoship order, the system will automatically charge your payment method each month and ship the products to your doorstep after each successful renewal - no need to place the order yourself.

Autoship also comes with an incredible discount! By creating an Autoship order, you will receive 30% off of your first Autoship order and 5% off of every Autoship order after that.

Once your order is charged, our CUDDLY Warehouse team will begin carefully packing your order and ship your order out!

Can I pause or cancel an Autoship order?

Yes, of course. You can pause or cancel an Autoship order any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. 

The only instance that we cannot cancel an order is if the item(s) have already shipped out to you and is in transit. In this case, please contact support@cuddly.com and one of our friendly Customer Service representatives will assist you with your order.

The customer portal can be accessed through the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed the initial Autoship order in the CUDDLY shop. Our Customer Service team can also provide you with a link to your customer portal. You can reach us anytime at support@cuddly.com or at the chat on the bottom right corner of the screen from 9am-5pm CST Monday - Friday.

The customer portal can be accessed through the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed the initial Autoship order in the CUDDLY shop.

Cancel autoship

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

You can skip or reschedule a charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I add products to my Autoship order?

Of course! You can add products to your Autoship order in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your order.

What happens if my payment can't be processed?

If an Autoship order can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
